انواع لعاب کاشی و سرامیک
نوع رنگ و لعاب بستگی به نوع فرمول آن و مواد تشکیل دهنده آن دارد، به همین دلیل با ترکیب مواد تشکیل دهنده لعاب به میزان‌های متفاوت، می‌توانید رنگ و لعاب جدیدی را ابداع نمایید.
امروزه در صنعت کاشی و سرامیک روش‌ها و انواع گوناگونی از لعاب دهی وجود دارد که در اینجا به اجمال به معرفی آنها می‌پردازیم :
1 – لعاب کاشی و سرامیک بی‌رنگ
این نوع لعاب برای پوشش سطوح چینی‌های بدلی ظریف به کار می‌رود و بی رنگ و شفاف است و از مخلوط کلسیم و سیلیس و خاک چینی سفید تهیه می‌شود.
2 – لعاب کاشی و سرامیک رنگی
مهمترین نوع لعاب ، لعاب‌های رنگی هستند که با استفاده از اکسید فلزات به دست می‌آید . برای رنگ آبی از اکسید مس (Cu2O) ، برای رنگ زرد از اکسید آهن (FeO) و برای رنگ سبز از اکسید کروم (Cr2O3) استفاده می‌شود.
3 – لعاب کاشی و سرامیک کدر
این نوع لعاب که برای پوشش چینی‌های بدلی معمولی به کار می‌رود، از مخلوط SnO2 , PbO , SiO2 , Pb3O۴، نمک و کربنات سدیم تهیه می‌شود که آن را پس از ذوب کردن، سرد کردن و پودر کردن، در آب به صورت حمام شیر در می‌آورند و شیء لعاب دادنی را در آن غوطه‌ور می‌کنند.
4 – لعاب کاشی و سرامیک بافت دار
به گونه ای از لعاب گفته می‌شود که دارای بافت‌هایی از سنگ‌های تزیینی و سیلسی می‌باشد که باعث ایجاد یک سطح ناصاف در لعاب می‌شوند. این سطوح به دلیل ایجاد اصطکاک بالا برای استفاده به عنوان سرامیک کف مناسب می‌باشند.
